We hire for craft, ownership, and judgment — not for resume polish. Most of our team works remotely from across the U.S., with a small home base in South Florida. We move fast on creative and slow on compliance, and we're allergic to bureaucracy. If you've spent time in a performance-marketing seat at a bigger shop and you're tired of being five layers from the data, this might fit.
All positions are full-time. South Florida preferred for some — remote (U.S.) considered for the right candidate.
Own a vertical end-to-end. You'll plan and run paid media across Meta, Google, TikTok, native, and CTV with full ownership of spend, creative testing, and conversion outcomes. Comfort reading P&L, working in Ringba/call-tracking, and shipping landing-page tests with the dev team is required. You'll mentor juniors and have a direct line to ownership.
Learn the trade from the ground up. You'll start by managing smaller campaigns under a senior buyer's supervision, helping with daily optimizations, creative QA, and reporting. Strong analytical instincts and curiosity matter more than prior media-buying experience. Long-term path to senior buyer for the right person.
Cut paid social and CTV ads at volume. You'll work with the buyers to ship creative variants for Meta, TikTok, and YouTube — vertical-first, hook-driven, fast-turnaround. Strong Premiere/After Effects (or DaVinci) skills, an eye for what stops the scroll, and willingness to iterate based on data are non-negotiable.
Own the books. AR/AP, vendor reconciliation, monthly close, and reporting for a multi-entity media business. You'll work in QuickBooks (or similar) and need to be comfortable with the variability of ad-spend cash flows. CPA not required but financial-modeling fluency is. Direct reporting line to ownership.
